His technique is well known and practiced around the world; he created AntiGravity to be a technique for the body as well as philosophy for the mind. Christopher Harrison is the founder of Aerial Yoga and Suspension Fitness, as well as the Harrison Hammock which is the first ever silk hammock that is rated for well over 1 thousand pounds.

AntiGravity on the Hudson was founded by Jamie Ferrara, formerly known as Ferrara Fitness, Jamie built her business solely on the AntiGravity technique including AntiGravity Fundamentals classes, AntiGravity Pilates classes and AntiGravity Aerial Yoga classes each in which she was trained in NYC at the AntiGravity Headquarters with the top master trainers.
